It is a natural sparkling wine obtained with the Charmat method or Martinotti method or with autoclave re-fermentation at controlled pressure and temperature in succession to the fermentation of the base wine.

This method allows you to naturally trap the CO2 bubbles that develop from the transformation of sugars into alcohol by yeasts.

For the production of I Pàstini sparkling wine we use Verdeca grapes characterised by acidity, freshness and flavour.

I Pàstini brut is a fresh and immediate sparkling wine characterised by the olfactory profile of the Verdeca.

With fine perlage, elegant and intense, with floral scents and notes of green apple and citrus fruits typical of the most traditional Verdeca.

Fresh, lively and very versatile: it goes with the whole meal in the case of fish-based courses

Ruby red colour, very lively and transparent. Scent of raspberries and blackberries with hints of aromatic herbs: oregano, pepper and rose petals. Elegant, interesting, complex flavour.

The Negroamaro of Casa Primis, obtained 100% from Negroamaro grapes, is a red wine produced in Puglia, which fully expresses the intensity and depth of a native grape variety of great value, capable of embodying the Italian oenological tradition.

With its intense ruby red colour, enriched by fascinating purplish reflections, this wine presents itself as an authentic ambassador of the richness of the Apulian territory, offering a visual experience that anticipates the complexity of its organoleptic profile. On the nose, the Negroamaro of Casa Primis gives off an intense and fresh scent, in which harmoniously delicate notes of small red fruits blend with a spicy hint of cinnamon, creating an aromatic bouquet that captures the senses and prepares the palate for a journey of balanced and well-defined flavours. In the mouth, the wine is juicy and full, with a medium intensity structure that perfectly balances the ripe fruit with a solid tannic presence, offering a harmonious taste that lends itself to ideal combinations with rich and tasty dishes.

The intense red colour with ruby reflections. The scent on the nose is rich in hints of blackcurrant, blackberries and cocoa powder along with spicy notes of black pepper, cloves and nutmeg. The taste in the mouth is pleasant. The red fruit, viscioles, cherry concentrate and black tea stand out, followed by fine and powdery tannins with a coffee bean finish. The wine is soft, of good concentration, with the typical complexity of mature vineyards that, however, express a still young and vibrant wine.

Alta Langa Diavoletto Mirafiore is a classic method sparkling wine of extraordinary elegance, produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown on the hills of Alta Langa. This wine is distinguished by its fine and persistent perlage, with bubbles that caress the palate offering a feeling of freshness and liveliness. The colour is a bright straw yellow with golden reflections.

On the nose, Diavoletto Mirafiore offers a complex and fascinating bouquet, with notes of ripe fruit such as apple, pear and citrus fruits, enriched by floral nuances and a light toasting, typical of the long ageing on the yeasts of over 48 months. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that perfectly balances the creamy structure of the wine.
