Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature by Charlot Père et Fils is a monocepage sparkling wine, that is, produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes used come from the terroir (place of origin) called "Les Bois Sereclins," which is owned by the company. Fermentation takes place using only indigenous yeasts in fût de chêne (oak barrique), followed by an ageing of over a year. Subsequently, the wine undergoes the second bottled fermentation on its own yeasts for a further period of 84 months (7 years).

This production process gives the Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature by Charlot Père et Fils a distinctive character, with a marked minerality and a remarkable structure. It is a champagne of great elegance, complexity and concentration, with an accentuated expression of Pinot Noir, which manifests itself through the fruit and the structure. The long aging on yeasts (sur lies) contributes to the complexity of the wine, which is characterised by a low addition of sugars (Brut Nature), making it very dry on the palate. This champagne is produced in extremely limited quantities, which makes it a rare and valuable choice for lovers of high-quality champagne.
