Proveniente da appezzamento reso speciale dalla numerosa presenza di vigne vecchie allevate ad alberello, questo rosso decisamente complesso esprime sentori di cacao e tabacco, dovuti al lieve passaggio in legno, ma anche frutta matura e ottima mineralità che si intrecciano in un sorso pieno e vellutatamente tannico, con un finale lunghissimo che richiama le componenti olfattive.

L'azienda Giustini inizia nel recente 2006 il suo percorso nel mondo del vino, esclusivamente con vigne di proprietà, proprio con questo vitigno che allevato dal Nonno Giuseppe dava inizio al loro Sogno. Colore rosso rubino esprime al naso sentori di frutti rossi e violette, riportando al palato le morbide note sapide e minerali che il vitigno riesce ad esprimere. Un finale sorprendentemente equilibrato dona una infinita persistenza.

Rubino compatto, ha naso complesso di carruba, chiodi di garofano, more in confettura, anice stellato e pepe. Pieno e morbido al gusto, con tannini svolti e lungo finale speziato.

The Salento Primitivo Campirossi di Miali is born in vineyards located in the northern part of Salento, near the sea. It has a dark red colour with purplish reflections.
