The Chardonnay Riserva Vigna "Castel Ringberg" is presented with notes of bright golden yellow. Its complex bouquet ranges from exotic fruits, including papaya, toasted almonds and a hint of dandelion honey and light toasting. The tasting convinces for its play of strength, freshness and elegant structure, emphasising its mineral vein and highlighting its creamy freshness and flavour. Long fresh finish.“

The Gewürztraminer unleashes all the charm of South Tyrol in its harmonious shades of bright yellow with golden reflections. The characteristics of this grape variety are reflected in its bouquet with intense aromaticity, ranging from notes of rose petals, to flowers and spices. In the mouth it releases all its finesse with a fresh body, harmonious elegance and intense finish.

Pinot Blanc "Kristallberg" is presented with many facets and great minerality. It impresses with its fresh and light straw yellow and the bouquet of aromas of fresh pears and white fruit combined with spicy notes of green nuts and light mineral and smoked aromas. Elegance and flavour convince the palate, as well as a youthful and stimulating liveliness combined with a fascinating play of acidity. A wine of great charm.”

The brilliant straw-yellow reflections of Pinot Bianco reveal a delicate bouquet, ranging from fruity notes of apple to a delicate scent of herbs. The palate is struck by its elegant fulness, minerality and lively acidity that results in persistent freshness.

An intense and bright straw yellow characterises the Pinot Grigio Vigna "Castel Ringberg". Complexity of fruit aromas, in particular of ripe pears, a touch of sage and linden and spicy notes enrich the bouquet. Elegance and harmony dominate in the mouth, combined with a decisive well-balanced structure, assembled by intensity and creamy roundness. A Pinot Grigio of great character.“

Riesling Vigna "Castel Ringberg" is visible with a clear and fresh straw yellow. Peach aromas, hints of white flowers, fresh spices with a hint of white pepper and mineral notes dominate the rich bouquet. The accentuated freshness and a gritty play of acidity explode harmoniously on the palate, revealing the mineral structure and filigree elegance and a fresh finish.“

Sauvignon impresses with its delicate yellow with greenish reflections and an aromatic bouquet with hints of ripe gooseberry, papaya, elderberries and delicate herbaceous notes. The elegant structure and the balanced acidity merge into an absolutely inviting finish.

With unmistakeable characteristics, the Gewürztraminer Fallwind is intense in the bouquet with a fresh and refined drink. Bristle on the palate, it is extraordinarily mineral and is expressed with notes of ripe exotic fruit, caramel and cloves.

Grazie al metodo saignée (estrazione delicata del mosto), estraiamo un succo eccellente con il quale vinifichiamo un Rosé fresco, fruttato e di sorprendente acidità.

This grape variety of Germanic origin has found an ideal terroir of adoption in South Tyrol. The Riesling needs special conditions and prefers cool and sunny weather. These conditions are present in the areas around Lake Monticolo and in neighbouring microzones, where porphyry soils give the wine its special character. The Riesling Fallwind is distinguished by the fruity aromas and mineral freshness that make it an increasingly appreciated champion

Starting from the 80s, this grape variety with intense and marked aromas, was introduced extensively in the Other Dige. The stony and calcareous soils and the fresh fall wind, Fallwind, favour the growth of a lively and expressive Sauvignon. Freshness and delicate minerality make Sauvignon Fallwind a white of style.

Soft straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose you can perceive notes of white fruit such as apple, pear and apricot, accompanied by light floral nuances and a hint of citrus fruits. In the mouth it is balanced and fresh, with a good acidity that enhances its freshness.
