Un vino che matura per più di un anno in barrique di rovere, a cui fa seguito un ulteriore affinamento in bottiglia di 15 mesi. Un rosso rubino, al naso è complesso, con aromi di frutti rossi, liquirizia e spezie. Al sorso è molto intenso, con tannini già integrati e buona persistenza. In chiusura ritornano le note speziate e fruttate.

Characterised by fruity scents reminiscent of marasche, raspberries and undergrowth aromas joined by a spice of cinnamon and cloves. In tasting it is fresh and lively, with elegant tannins that make it round and harmonious, offering a very pleasant drink.

Elena Walch Pinot Noir has a bright ruby colour and is characterised by aromas of red berries, cherries and raspberries and a spicy note of white pepper in the background. On the palate it convinces with its strong structure and its inviting flavour, thanks to its delicate tannins, spicy aroma and a fresh finish.

Pinot Nero è uno dei vitigni coltivati più antichi. È un vitigno che richiede molta cura e rappresenta una vera sfida in vigna ed in cantina. Il Pinot Nero Riserva matura per un minimo di due anni in cantina. Il risultato è un vino elegante, che non teme il confronto con il panorama internazionale.
