Un affinamento in barrique di rovere di 18 mesi ed ulteriori 6 mesi in bottiglia danno un colore rosso rubino che veste il calice di un manto vellutato mentre note di frutti di bosco e spezie vengono diffusi. Il sorso è gustoso, morbido, avvolgente, speziato, dai tannini rotondi ed un finale di ottima persistenza.

Rosso Toscano vigoroso ma bilanciato, l'affinamento in legno conferisce oltre che un colore rosso rubino, un quadro olfativo complesso: aromi di frutti rossi , visciole, si percepisce anche una tostatura che aleggia a spezie dolci. Il gusto è pieno e carico con un tannino elegante ed un finale persistente.

Proveniente da tre CRU del vigneto Marrucheto. Un rosso elegante con grande complessità sensoriale che si evidenzia nei tratti fruttati maturi di prugne rosse e pesca. Vino dal corpo pieno, dai tannini morbidi, ben levigati ed un finale bilanciato e persiste.

Pèppoli 2023 has a bright ruby red colour. The nose opens with floral notes of violet, rosehip and lavender accompanied by fresh sensations of red fruits such as currants, wild strawberry and raspberry puree. On the palate the wine is fine and pleasantly fresh at the entrance, it relaxes vigourously and tasty and then ends savoury and rich, characterised by sweet and vibrant tannins.

Badia a Passignano 2021 is ruby red in colour. On the nose, the intense notes of ripe cherry and orange peel alternate with fresh floral sensations of purple and rosehip; sweet hints of vanilla complete the bouquet. On the palate it is first enveloping, then refined, lively, juicy and supported by sweet and intense tannins. The aftertaste is very persistent, characterised by delicate notes of white chocolate.

The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Greppone Mazzi Ruffino is presented with a ruby red without garnet reflections on the nose is rich with hints of plum, blackcurrant and cherry under spirit and then notes of tobacco and cocoa.
