Marasco de L'Archetipo is a fragrant, direct and slightly aromatic sparkling white wine. Fresh, pulpy and savoury, it moves agile in the mouth, without sacrificing softness and roundness. A simple and delicate wine, which stands out for its liveliness.

Full and intense white wine, hints of ripe peaches and butter on the nose, in the mouth it is sinuous, material, savoury, tannins present, but composed, one of the wines to taste at least once in a lifetime.

Il Pinot Grigio di Movia è un vino fruttato di medio corpo, nato da uve vendemmiate tardivamente e affinato in barrique per 18 mesi.

Vino ottenuto dalla vinificazione con macerazione su bucce, leggermente velato per mancanza di filtrazione; in fase olfattiva evidenzia un forte sentore di frutta matura. Non Viene aggiunto di Solforosa e rispetta i canoni di Agricoltura Biodinamica.

The Sette Lune is a compact macerated white wine, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel containers via pied de cuve and maceration on the skins for 7 months. Ageing in the same containers for two years, bottled without the addition of sulphur and no filtration clarifies it.

The Rosato di Primitivo dell'Archetipo is an elegant, fresh and enveloping rosé wine that is macerated on the skins for 15 hours at spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel containers using pied de cuve. Wine produced by Biodynamic and Synergistic agriculture, without the addition of sulphites.

It is refined in steel for 6 months with a slight passage of 2/3 months in large wooden barrels; fruity hints of black cherry, with a final note of cloves. On the palate it is medium full-bodied, soft and balanced, with a well-worked tannin, fine and elegant. Biodynamic and synergistic agricultural wine.

Vino austero e concentrato, di grande vigore e sapidità, affinato per 12 mesi in botte grande e per altri 12 in acciaio. Un corredo olfattivo di frutti di bosco, spezie dolci e caffè tostato, sorso corposo ed elegante, dai solidi tannini. Vino fatto come una volta con metodi artigianali e senza aggiunta di solfiti.

Un'espressione corposa e intensa della Valpolicella: un vino ricco e complesso maturato in botti grandi e in vasche di cemento. Al naso sentori di amarene, frutta rossa matura e spezie dolci si integrano con equilibrio in un sorso elegante e strutturato.

Una vera e propria Geuze di altissimo livello realizzata con un blend di Lambic di 1, 2 e 3 anni di età, preparati seguendo fedelmente la tradizionale ricetta che disciplina lo stile.

Il contenitore d’argilla di forma allungata con una capacità di 350 litri, dove lo Sgarzon trascorre 12 mesi in più del suo fratello omonimo, porta il nome di tinaja cilindrica.

Il vino Sgarzon Cilindrica si distingue per la chiarezza d’espressione, precisione ed armonia. È lo specchio di processi legati alla capacità di scambio e di aggregazione di elementi opposti tipici dell’argilla.

A unique and sensational red, a symbol of the rebirth of the grape variety wanted by its winemaker. The nose is intense, balsamic and you can feel small crispy undergrowth fruits with spicy accents. On the palate it is intense, balanced, finely mineral, persistent and with velvety tannins. Spontaneous fermentation in bottled vitrified cement tanks without the use of sulphites and without any filtration.

Colore rosso granato, al naso esprime importanti sentori fruttati di frutti di bosco sotto spirito, netti aromi balsamici e mentolati,radice di liquirizia con sottofondo minerale. Assaggio potente e strutturato dotato di tannini incredibilmente levigati e ricordi vegetali di origano secco e alloro, con un lunghissimo e persistente finale.

Cotes du Rhone Brise Cailloux Blanc by Domaine du Coulet is a very fragrant, rich and opulent white wine. Sinuous and very fat in the mouth, it still manages to keep a drink tense thanks to its pulp and a deep minerality.

Macerazione a freddo dei grappoli interi prima dell'inizio dell'attività dei lieviti, fermentazione spontanea in tini di rovere troncoconici e affinamento in piéces usate per 11 mesi.
Il Beaune di Sarnin-Berrux è un vino rosso, figlio del climat di Longbois (uno dei più alti dell’Aoc Beaune) da vigne antiche. E’ timido, austero e molto sapido con note marcate di spezie e scorza di agrumi. Profondo e con tratti ematici.

Organic rosé produced in the countryside of Crispiano in the province of Taranto. It has a light pink colour, on the nose it has intense scents of fresh fruit and Mediterranean flowers, while in the mouth it is fresh dry, clean and balanced.

Direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation in kvevri and terracotta amphorae and ageing in the same containers for 11 months. Assembly of the house (50% pinot noir and 50% chardonnay) and bottling with the addition of sugars and "lies" of the basic wines for the second re-fermentation. Unflow after 56 months.

The Champagne Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature by Charlot Père et Fils is a single-cep sparkling wine, that is, produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes. The grapes used come from the terroir (place of origin) called "Les Bois Sereclins," which is owned by the company. Fermentation takes place using only indigenous yeasts in fût de chêne (oak barrique), followed by an ageing of over a year. Subsequently, the wine undergoes the second bottled fermentation on its own yeasts for a further period of 84 months (7 years).

This production process gives the Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature by Charlot Père et Fils a distinctive character, with a marked minerality and a remarkable structure. It is a champagne of great elegance, complexity and concentration, with an accentuated expression of Pinot Noir, which manifests itself through the fruit and the structure. The long aging on yeasts (sur lies) contributes to the complexity of the wine, which is characterised by a low addition of sugars (Brut Nature), making it very dry on the palate. This champagne is produced in extremely limited quantities, which makes it a rare and valuable choice for lovers of high-quality champagne.

The grapes, harvested from 100% Nero di Troia grape varieties, ferment in steel at a controlled temperature, favouring prolonged contact between must and peels. The ageing takes place in French oak barrels barriques-tonnneaux. The characteristic scent, intense and persistent, with hints of blackberry and ripe plum, and the thick and balsamic flavour, rich in sweet and segosy tannins, make Le Cruste the perfect wine to accompany aged cheeses, game and meats in general.
