In the glass the color is reminiscent of fresh rose and the notes of small red fruits can be recognized on the nose, with nuances of spices.

Careful selection of clusters of negroamaros from an old vineyard raised on an albero. The grapes are first brought to maturity, then left to wither on grates.

Produced from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested at different times and vinified separately and then assembled shortly before bottling for foaming. Al gusto ha una notevole freschezza e un grande equilibrio, con una trama snella, cremosa ed elegante

Il colore è rosa cerasuolo. Al naso diretto arriva il fruttato tra cui lampone,ribes e ciliegia, in seconda battuta note di macchia mediterranea, timo principalmente. All’assaggio la sua grande freschezza dà una bella dinamicità al sorso, di buona struttura e armonia trattiene sulla lingua note saline.

Un Supertuscan che integra perfettamente la migliore tradizione del Cabernet Sauvignon e del Merlot con il territorio di Montalcino.
Vino intenso che presenta sentori molto fruttati accompagnati da note più complesse di confettura, spezie, tabacco e caffè. In bocca, mostra tutta la sua imponenza, con tannini dolci e sentori molto persistenti.

It is aged for 14 months, 50% in French oak barrels and 50% in barrels of 30 hl of French oak, and 12 months in bottle. It is characterised by a dense garnet red colour. On the nose it releases a complex bouquet of ripe red fruit, leather, tobacco and spices. The sip is rich, full and very long and balanced.

Pinot Noir Reserve of the cellar of St. Michael Eppan is an excellent red wine obtained from vineyards aged at least 10 years. Equipped with a beautiful garnet red colour, it is an intense wine, in colour, aroma and flavour. The nose is persistent and fruity, intense with spicy scents and red berry fruit.

Vino biologico dal colore rosso rubino intenso. Olfatto pulito, di buona intensità, con morbidi tannini. Aroma di frutti rossi con note di vincotto di fichi e di mandorla amara pugliese.
